Welcome to my art studio! My name is Teresa and I’m a passionate pencil and charcoal portrait artist with a diploma in graphic design. My journey in art began in college, where I learned to blend technical skills with creative expression.

Years ago, I survived a near-fatal accident that changed my life—and my art—forever. The trauma left me with life long double vision caused by damage to my third cranial nerve, limiting movement in my left eye.

While this experience presented daily challenges, it also reshaped the way I see the world—both literally and artistically. I now approach each portrait with a heightened sensitivity to emotion, form, and perspective. My double vision has become a unique lens through which I interpret the depth and dimension of my subjects.

Art has always been a refuge and a voice for me. Today, it’s also a testament to resilience, transformation, and the beauty of imperfection.

Thank you for visiting my site; I hope you enjoy exploring my work!

How I See.

This drawing is my attempt to show you what I see every day.
Blurred. Doubled. Layered.
It’s disorienting—but it’s also mine.

Art has given me a way to turn that distortion into something meaningful.
