SH: Toronto
SP: How would you describe your style?
SH: A mixture of rich colors, textures and muscular lighting - the style is a dynamic merge between romantic and graphic.
SP: What artists have been your biggest inspirations?
SH: H.R. Giger, Boris Vallejo, Jenny Saville, Cherry Hood, Tom of Findland, Lucien Freud and Chuck Close.
SP: What medium did you plan for the first stage of the portrait on Star Portraits?
SH: Aqua Oil

Stev'nn Hall grew up in rural Ontario with a 35 mm camera in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. He studied film, painting and photography at Concordia University in Montreal and continues to draw influences from these disciplines.
