Artist Stats
Growing up in rural Ontario, Casey McGlynn, began as a self-taught artist in surrealist pop art. Later he attended OCAD and was added to the Bau-Xi Gallery’s stable. McGlynn’s early work contains spontaneity, originality and raw energy found more often in Outsider Art. His work is as much about revealing the truth and expressing emotions as it is about documenting actual fact.
